“I’d had a bad experience at another salon where i’d had my hair coloured and hi-lighted, I wasn’t happy with the colour and went back to them to try and rectify, I still wasn’t happy. I’d heard of Spires, but never been there before, but I got the impression from what i’d heard, that they were very professional and good. I decided to go in there. Spoke to Richard & Karen initially, they could see I was visibly upset at what had happened, and how it had affected my confidence, but they were really reassuring that they could sort it for me. I was booked in with Charlotte for a consultation, again she reassured me that it would all be ok. A couple of days later I went back to have my hair colour corrected by Milena, she was lovely and very professional as well as friendly. she created a lovely Balayage on my hair, with colours that actually complimented my skin tone.
